Currently, the configuration variable "user_agent" is "Default: yes":
> When set, mutt will add a "User-Agent:" header to outgoing messages,
indicating which version of mutt was used for composing them.
This header is not defined in RFC 5322:
https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5322#section-3.6
This old (non-finalized) review of popular headers says it is "Non-
standard": https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-palme-mailext-headers-08
With Snowden, we know for a fact that metadata matters, in fact
"[http://www.nybooks.com/blogs/nyrblog/2014/may/10/we-kill-people-based-
metadata/ We Kill People Based on Metadata]".
So please, let's change the default to "no".
