#3756: Toggling headers [h] duplicates header and replaces menu

This can be reproduced, but only on the very last message in the “sent
messages” folder, not in a different folder, not on any other message. Ask
me for more explicit details, if needed. I try my best to describe the
bug:
While reading the last message in the list of *sent* messages, and toggle
the header-display (all headers/standard headers), the mutt menu is
replaced by the current topmost header-line, no matter, which header
happens to appear at that position.
Having done so, the header remains visible and hides the menu, no matter
what I do, afterwards. The effect is becoming stranger, when I use the 'k'
and 'j' keys to jump to the previous or following messages.
