Sorry I have a patch I'm considering committing to mutt. I've just
uploaded it: it will apply to hg tip.
Vincent tested it successfully, but I was waiting for some more feedback
from the other devs before applying it.
If you're comfortable compiling hg tip and appyling this patch, please
give it a go.
