 i looked at that under a current ArchLinux packaged mutt and i'm sorry
 that the above seems to work _there_.
 _However_, the problem is for real and can be reproduced with another
 filename of the S-nail RFC 2231 test that mutt (via "v" and "s"ave
 attachments) mangles to
