It seems no matter how many times you review a patch before sending it, you always find something *after* you send it out. :-) I realized after I sent this out that I didn't add a reversibility check for the user part of the address in intl_to_local. I'll create a "part 5" patch for that and send it out later today. -- Kevin J.
