Looking into it a bit, I think the current version of the accountmanager
doesn't support password resets in combination with HTTP auth. It appears
to only work with form login. In the short term I can mail a new password
to people with this problem (changing the password while logged in should
work, just not the reset mechanism). But I suppose we should consider
forcing https, and then using form login.
I think reset used to work, but they've restructured the code now to hold
onto the old password until the app sees the new one, which it never does
under HTTP auth.
