Unfortunately there isn't a tarball available just yet. Right now, the only way to get the latest is to clone it from the repository: hg clone http://dev.mutt.org/hg/mutt Using the repository version requires you to have autotools installed, Run the "prepare" script with the various configuration options you want and it will run autotools and configure for you.
