#3854: U+202A and U+202C characters confuse various terminals

Issue similar to #3827 and #3848. U+202A LEFT-TO-RIGHT EMBEDDING and
U+202C POP DIRECTIONAL FORMATTING characters should be filtered out. And
U+202B RIGHT-TO-LEFT EMBEDDING, U+202D LEFT-TO-RIGHT OVERRIDE and U+202E
RIGHT-TO-LEFT OVERRIDE too (not tested, but this seems obvious).
