Doesn't this already work?  It does for me, and I'm pretty sure I'm
running a clean stock build of Mutt.  In fact I just confirmed that
(embarrassingly) I'm running a stock build of 1.5.21, so yeah... this
has worked for quite some time.

Right, the only difference is you press enter, not 'q'.

I've posted extensively about this before, but this patch pointlessly
creates a security risk.  I implore you to abandon it.  There are
other solutions to this problem, and every single one of them is
better.
