#3886: provide the Content-Type when piping an attachment

When piping an attachment, Mutt should provide the Content-Type in some
form, e.g. in an environment variable {{{MUTT_CONTENT_TYPE}}}, and when
this makes sense, also the charset in {{{MUTT_CHARSET}}}. Concerning the
charset, this could be a way to solve bug #3773 in a more flexible way.
