When leaving a mailbox, you are asked if you want to purge Deleted mails.
If the mailbox is in mbox format, and you choose "no", then the mails are
not
deleted (good), but the D status is also lost.
I think I have seen with IMAP mailboxes that the D status on mails is
remembered. It would be nice to have this on mbox mails too.
