I never knew you could jam patterns together without whitespace. That
is ambiguous to a user, although not to mutt, but it's not this patch
that creates the problem.  This is a bigger issue with pattern modifiers
which may need treatment.

That must be a patch application fail that went unnoticed as the
documentation moved around.  I'll make a fix unless someone else does.
