I am not wild about micro-options like this.

I think instead, that it would be better to come to agreement on a
reasonable color precedence.

In this case, it feels like sidebar_spoolfile color should be considered
a "baseline" color, which should have a lower priority than colors like
new or flagged.

I think a more logical precedence order would be: indicator, highlight,
new, flagged, spool, normal.  I know this change might piss some people
off, but I'd rather just make the change than add this option.  Richard,
how do you feel?
