The certificate file has not changed and I also removed it to get mutt to
create it anew but since version 1.8.0 it will only create the CA cert
file (by accepting the first cert) since rejecting the first (CA)
certificate leads to the listed error message.
So even if there is no certificate file, the error appears.
After I reinstalled version 1.7.2 everything works fine again, so there is
no corruption.
I also tested this on a different system with a very simple configuration
and could reproduce the issue there.
