Just to acknowledge that this method works.

  gpg --export --export-options export-clean | gpg --homedir
$HOME/.mutt/autocrypt --import --import-options keep-ownertrust

Or, if keep-ownertrust was not specified, afterwards use

  gpg --export-ownertrust | gpg --homedir $HOME/.mutt/autocrypt
--import-ownertrust

The signatures of encrypted and signed mails of trusted keys present in
autocrypt then are verified as trusted.
