Thanks everyone for the discussion about Mutt's future. It seemed like there were a few people who tentatively would be interested in helping out as they can. Even a modest amount of help would go a long way if there are several people.

To get the ball rolling, I think I'd like to get 2.3.0 out the door and then open up master to commits again. Give me a couple weeks to go through the process of getting translation files updated and then the release out.

I'll be happy to initially give "Developer" role access to the repos to those interested in pushing to non-protected branches (see https://docs.gitlab.com/user/permissions/#default-roles), or even if you just want to help review patches and participate via the mailing list. And of course, "Maintainer" after a level of trust is established.

Please let me know off-list if you really are interested.

For now I'll try to get 2.3.0 out, and see if we can start a little momentum again.
