A big thanks to Alex for quickly pointing out the naming issue.
The function names are now muttdbg() and mutt_errno_dbg().The former has the exact same number of characters as dprintf(), since I had no desire to fix indentation across the hundreds of multi-line invocations. :-)
The latter were almost all single lines with short messages, so I decided to make it a bit more descriptive. It's only invoked 24 times right now, so I don't think the longer name is much of a burden.
Again, thank you Alex, and of course thanks to David for creating the original PR, which was a huge amount of work!
