Kevin, just a heads-up, that you might slow down a bit if you want
feedback. I know that one wants to get it of ones desk and having
outstanding patches is creating trouble with other tasks. So do as you

What's appropriate is getting feedback, and I value yours highly. To be honest, it was partly the desire to get the task done, but also the feeling that I was asking too much of everyone to review a third version with just minor changes.
