I've noticed in the translation files:

#: account.c:181
#, c-format
msgid "Username at %s: "

#: init.c:3786
msgid "unable to determine username"

#: mutt_sasl.c:266
msgid "Error setting SASL external user name"

Shouldn't the last one be "username", for consistency?

Or is there a difference for SASL? (But the translation into French
is the same in both cases, so if there needs to be a difference, it
would be good to know.)

In the generated manual, there are also different forms, and
"user name" would need to be changed to "username" in
"3.155. imap_user" and "3.258. pop_user" (coming from init.h).
