I've tested it now. I find it just fine with all the references.
With '}' in vim(1) I skip over the entire header at once, and they don't
represent significantly more space than the rest of the headers I
already edit. Here's a draft with which I tested it, exactly as it
looks in vim(1) (removing line numbers, etc.) while editing:

The 'References' in the response (not the one forwarded, which is there
anyway) only represents 10 out of many lines of response header fields
and forwarded header fields, so it doesn't hurt, IMO.
