Just a little nit. When sending a message via command line (at least in
mailx emulation mode - I ought to try without that flag), my PGP settings
are ignored (i.e. no signing or encrypting - I usually only use signing).
Was this a design decision based on "maximum" mailx compatibility, or is
it something that might be considered worth changing (or at least adding
{yet} another option for)?

I guess I just see "mailx compatibility" as "no curses-like support -
just prompt for headers, then read the message, and maybe prompt for
some more stuff" - it wouldn't bother me if mutt asked for "To:", "Subject:",
"Cc:", "Bcc:", and "Passphrase:" (maybe a null entry here would turn
signing off...).

Any thoughts?
