Hallo mutt developers,
here is another small bug, if attachment name contains encoding info:
5 =?iso-8859-2?Q?inzer=E1t.txt?=
[text/plain, quoted, 0,9K]
6 scan.zip
[applica/x-zip-comp, base64, 106K]
...
and mutt tries to save attachment as =?iso-8859-2?Q?inzer=E1t.txt?=, instead of
decoding to 8-bit ISO-8859-2.
