This is not exactly what you describe below, but it achieves a similar
effect:
    set pager_format="%S%T %C: %-16.16n [%[%y/%m/%d %H:%M:%S %Z]] %s"

The "%[%y/%m/%d %H:%M:%S %Z]" is a date format string.
