If that doesn't work, one can always create a shell script that when
invoked creates a simple .muttrc file, with something like:

push \ef^[EMAIL PROTECTED]<enter>

Then create a macro that:
1. runs the script
2. sources the temporary .muttrc file
3. removes the temporary file

Done.  Albeit not the cleanest solution, the above approach would be
better, if you can get it to work.
