I can't think of a great way to select from a list, but it doesn't seem
impossible since you can set your signature to the-output-of-a-program...
First write yourself a sig picker, and then see what you can do to make
it work from your muttrc ;-)

That's probably the better way.

%
% Can you please send me a sample of setting folder hooks?

Sure...

  folder-hook . set signature=$HOME/.mutt/sig
  folder-hook F.madi set signature=$HOME/.mutt/sig.madi

The key is the default case (since "." matches any folder) as well as the
special case.

The best way to do this is to use a send-hook, which performs its
functions based on the recipient. Something like

  send-hook . set signature=$HOME/.mutt/sig
  send-hook [EMAIL PROTECTED] set signature=$HOME/mutt/sig.joe
  send-hook @workplace.com set signature=$HOME/mutt/sig.work

Beware of tricky interactions between folder-hooks and send-hooks,
though :-)
