Actually, ^C isn't. If you do "stty intr ^G" (for example), and
then start Mutt and press ^C, you get "key is not bound". So you
can rebind ^C into something in Mutt, if you just first free up
it's "interrupt" task from the terminal.
However, ^G is probably hard coded, and therefore you can't re-bind
its function to any other key (without modifying the source).
