I have the same problem Anthony describes. There is clearly new mail
(checked via ls -l ; ls -lc ; ls -lu), but mutt is not picking up on
it for some reason.

Version is Mutt 1.2.5i (2000-07-28)
folder_format="%2C %t %N %F %2l %-8.8u %-8.8g %8s %d %f" (the default)
