Pattern parsing bug

[Vincent Lefevre]

(a|b) is a valid regular expression. So, I expect the pattern ~t(a|b) to
work. But I get the following error: ( ) or \( \) imbalance.

I use Mutt 1.2.5i (2000-07-28).
