OK, I may be being stupid, but mutt seems to recognise
~/.muttrc       _and_
~/.mutt/muttrc

... but the man page doesn't mention this. Gah. Why not? I found out
accidentally, and it's very useful to me.

Of course, if the manpage does know... where?
