This is kind of tricky, because that first tab is not actually bound to
a command, it is hardcoded to show you a list of files.
Try this:
macro browser <tab> <tab><toggle-inboxes>
I doubt it will work, but give it a shot.
Otherwise, just use a different key, like this:
macro browser <something else> <tab><tab>
