you want to bounce a message - but comment also? ain't no such thing. it's either "bounce" or "forward". if you change the message then it cannot be a bounce. as simple as that. commenting means changing. and when you change something then it's not the same message any more - it's a new message and *you* become the sender. and that's not a mutt problem - that's a feature of email.
