Must be some kind of voodoo indeed. mutt 1.5.13 uses the same libidn
and just works. 

What I forgot to tell is that creating an alias from a mail works;
mutt 1.5.15 complains about the voodoo again, but it correctly adds
the entry to the alias_file.
