Once again, thank you for the reply. Well, the ESC s seems to want to work, but when I try save a message it tells me that the directory I want to append the message to is not a mailbox. Obviously I have forgotten to do something to my .muttrc file that has to do with mailboxes, but I haven't quite figured that out yet. Rem
