A basic Mac mini starts at $600, which seems pretty reasonable to me
(similar machines from Dell are $650, but come with a monitor, similar
machines from HP are $550 and don't come with a monitor). Then again,
you *can* get bargain-bin stuff for $350 from Dell.
To each their own, I suppose.
