This is very easy - use the builtin shortcuts. Just as ! refers to the
$spoolfile, and > refers to the $mbox, < refers to $record and both =
and + refer to $folder, so too do both !! and - refer to the previous
mailbox. So you can do this:
macro index B '<change-folder>!!<enter>'
... or you can just do it by hand - change folders and tell it to
change to !!.
Note that this is the same syntax that can be used in most shells with
the cd command:
cd -
... will take you back to the previous folder you were in.
