Both $spoolfile and $mbox may not be what you want them to be, since
(because they use the "+" prefix) they depend on the value of $folder,
which is defined AFTER they need it. You probably want to set the
$folder value first.

If that's your entire muttrc, it is meaningless. It would only have
any meaning if you use mbox-hooks elsewhere in your config.
