Previously I had muttprint working fine on OS X 10.5. I have now upgraded (?) to OS X 10.6, reinstalled Mutt etc. from Macports and now muttprint just prints a screenshot of the terminal in a very small font.
I have installed TexLive but is there anything else I am missing? All
the Google help on this seems to be about 2 years or more out of date
and not applicable to 10.6
