It seems that my folders automatically synched at one point. Now some don't.

I have the sidebar patch. When I delete or read messages in some folders, I
can watch the sidebar patch adjust the count, which I assume means the
folder has synched.  

However this has either stopped in other folders, when I maybe did something
in the .muttrc, or never functioned in those folders, when I added them.  I
am unclear of how/when the non-synching issue began.
