FWIW, users would probably not forget their attachments if the activity
changed from a verb-object one to an object-verb one: that is, if you
chose your attachments, first, and then filled To:, Subject:, and
the body of the email, then you would not forget the attachments.
Somebody(TM) could add to Mutt a command for initiating an email
beginning with the attachments.
