with the folder-hook, you need to have a default at the top of them so it
reverts back to that value when changing folders. Do you have that in your
config file?
Also $reverse_name will set the From: address to the right value depending on
which address was used in the email you're replying to. You will need to set
$alternates in the config file for that.
With the other settings you're trying to dynamically alter, it might be that
you'll get what you want from the send-hook. Again, you'll need to set a
default at the top of these so it reverts back to the value you need. You can
even set a send-hook from with a folder-hook but that probably isn't necessary.
