Hmm... Well... Thanks for giving it a try! Sorry it didn't work out. I have exactly the same behavior on a different mailing and the above works okay for me. I *can* list-reply to it in the described configuration even without the 'L' flag showing that mutt knows how to do it and without a 'subscribe' line for it. For me when I tested that just now it didn't have any noticeable behavior change. Which makes sense for me since list-reply already works without it. And that is the end of my knowledge of the mutt side of this problem. Hopefully someone else on the list will have a better idea. Otherwise your best option now might be to filter the incoming messages and "fix" them so that they work for you. I use procmail and formail for such things. Bob
