How large is large? I just tried to limit to all messages sent by me in a folder with >20k messages, it was almost instantaneous. Are you by any change doing full body search (with ~b)? That will take a while; if that is the case you could reduce the time a bit by using =b instead. Hope this helps, -- Suvayu Open source is the future. It sets us free.
