I run an exact same setup (mutt, msmtp, offlineimap) except for the mail
provider.

Would be nice to have the other mail’s headers, too. Just for a quick diff.
I do not set copy to anything in my muttrc, so copy is actually set to yes
in my mutt.
I don’t have any immediate help, but here is the relevant config for my
offlineimap’ped account (replaced the actual account name with ABC):

# Global directory settings {{{
set folder=$HOME/Mail
set mbox = +mbox
set mbox_type = Maildir
set postponed = +postponed
set spoolfile = +inbox
# }}}

# ABC settings {{{
folder-hook +ABC  set from="<my ABC address>"
folder-hook +ABC 'set sendmail="/usr/bin/msmtp --account ABC"'
folder-hook +ABC  set record=+ABC/sent
folder-hook +ABC  set postponed=+ABC/drafts
# }}}

That’s all. The relevant section in ~/.msmtprc only has the settings host,
user, password, auth, and tls stuff.
