Ah! the arg is a file name ... the temp file through which mutt and emacs pass
the message draft. I did try running `emacs -nw` from
the command line, and it worked with no problems. However, when I taked on that
file name, I got a slew of errors, possibly due to
that "//" that mutt inserted for some reason:
