Depends on your charset.  For example, in the several
iso_8859-# charsets it could be:

LATIN CAPITAL LETTER A WITH CIRCUMFLEX
CYRILLIC CAPITAL LETTER TE
ARABIC LETTER ALEF WITH MADDA ABOVE
GREEK CAPITAL LETTER BETA
THAI CHARACTER YO YAK
LATIN CAPITAL LETTER A WITH MACRON

I got those from the manpages for iso_8859-#, #=1-16.
