Reply to all CC's but not to From

  Hi,

  I often receive a message like this:

  From: A
  To: Me, X, Y, Z
  CC: others

  I would like to answer like this:

  From: Me
  To: X, Y, Z

  so A and others are discarded. For the time being, I'm copy pasting
  addresses to achieve this, so it's not very convenient.

  Is this possible to do (and easy)?
