Yes, only forwarded attachments. I press 'v' (view-attachments), select the
attachment, press 'f' and send a mail.

understand.
But the other reason. If the filename of the attachment is not
POSIX-compatible, Mutt substitutes for all not POSIX-symbols on '_'.
