The easiest way is to show the headers along with the message. If you use "ignore *" in your config plus various combinations of "unignore SOME-HEADER", then you can just add "unignore X-Spam-Score" or whatever. Next up, if you set up mutt's 'spam' format (see http://www.mutt.org/doc/manual/manual.html#spam for details), then you can do fun things with the ~H match in the index. You could add it as a new column, or perhaps you could colour messages based on how spammy they are. -- For more information, please reread.
