Bottom posting is as bad as top posting. There isn’t much difference. Bigger mail with several questions is difficult to answer with both methods. In most cases some questions are missed or the recipient doesn’t know to which question the answer belongs.

Inline quoting is the only good method. It forces the writer to think about his answers and the correct placement so that the recipient doesn’t have trouble to understand the mail and this should be the most important thing.
