Sorry -- I should have been more specific. I just downloaded the latest
nightly and I have the same problem. When I do
:help
I get errors about things not being defined. For example, in this
Compose window, I get:
Processing keypress event: Reference error: getBrowser is not defined
(I also notice that I can't hit "tab" to insert a tab; it moves my
cursor to highlight the "[No Name]" in the Vimperator status bar instead)
Is there something *else* that I need to install/uninstall?

Now that Thunderbird Beta 1 was released, I decided I'd try Muttator.
When I try to use Muttator 0.5, it complains that nsIWebNavigation is
not available.
Is there a trick to get Muttator up and running with Thunderbird?
0.5 isn't released yet, so I guess you mean 0.5pre. ;)
Atleast on my Thunderbird nightly (3.0b2pre), the git version of
Muttator runs fine.
Muttator is still alpha software, and we don't promise it'll work on
anything else than the Thunderbird nightlies atm. The Thunderbird APIs
seem to be changing quite a lot, so it isn't so easy to support multiple
versions.
